Returns & Exchanges Process

  3. Package the Item(s): Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item(s): Send the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  5. Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.

Refund Process

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that you may be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
