- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges Process

- Package the Item(s): Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Item(s): Send the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that you may be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
